What I’m doing.
I build agent systems as worlds — and right now I am turning a decade of them inside out, in public: extracting the architecture map (the system shapes, growing as the extraction runs), defining the levels of agent engineering by the practices that actually run, and publishing every step — the wins, the dead paths, and the receipts — as it happens.
Currently on the bench
This week’s actual work.
The architecture sweep landed: the floor now holds one hundred and four shapes in nine groups — the worlds, the selection machinery, the compiler wing, the substrate they all compose over, the stores, and the anatomy of a single agent turn. Level 1 of the agent-engineering levels is defined from the compiler system that runs it; the next levels get their passes as the work reaches them. Episode one is written and waiting on a camera. This section changes when the bench does.
The standing invitation
This is what I’m doing. I’ll keep doing it until people do it with me.
No launch, no countdown. The work runs, the record grows, and the door is open the whole time. If any shape on the floor makes you want to build, start where the code is.
