Builds its own tools
Writes code, creates skills, deploys integrations. Each automation it finishes becomes a template the next one starts from — which is the whole reason the cost per task falls over time rather than staying flat.
Accumulates knowledge
Every session deposits insights, patterns and decisions into the graph as typed relationships. Semantic search finds what was forgotten; the edges surface what was never connected.
Produces the content
Notes, documentation, framework extractions — operational self-disclosure. It writes about what it builds as it builds it. Most of the field notes came out of this.
Runs operations
The recurring work of the business: publishing, monitoring, the daily pass over what changed. This is the layer that Run packages for someone else's business.

The previous version of this page led with a knowledge-graph concept count. That number was not checkable by anyone outside the system, so it is gone rather than restated — a number nobody can audit is decoration, not evidence.
What is checkable: the tools this agent extracted are public repositories, and the notes it wrote are on this site with their dates. Judge it on those.
